Throat Comfort Tea

Approximate weight: 100g. The weight varies depending on the density of the herb. All teas are fully fitted in one packet size: 20cm height and 10cm width

Contains: marshmallow root and licorice. This blend helps to relieve dry cough, sore throat, common colds and asthma. It is antitussive, antibacterial, soothing and moistening. To make tea, measure 1 teaspoon of herbs and boil these in a pan with the necessary quantity of water for 5-10 minutes. Strain and drink.

Mίγμα βοτάνων για ξηρόβηχα

Περιέχει: Αλθαία και γλυκόριζα. Το αφέψημα ανακουφίζει τον ξηρόβηχα, τον πονόλαιμο, τη γρίππη και το άσθμα, βοηθά να μαλακώσουν και να υγρανθούν οι αναπνευστικές οδοί. Επίσης καταπραϋνει  το στομάχι. Τρόπος παρασκευής: για κάθε φλιτζάνι βάλτε 1 κουταλάκι του τσαγιού βότανα σε κατσαρολάκι μαζί με το ανάλογο νερό και βράστε τα για 5-10 λεπτά. Στραγγίζετε και πίνετε.
